The Yacht Crew Agency has a database of over 500 yacht management companies, Captains, Chefs and Pursers. We specialise in interior crew as well as food and beverage staff.

All our candidates are submitted to an extensive interview with very specific questions to the trade. Our questionnaire is based on 5 stars hotels and Michelin rated restaurants with different food and service technics including sommelier and housekeeping. We also provide crew for all other positions onboard, from captain to deckhand, or engineer to carpenter - as many people are contacting us due to the success of our serious interior placement.
